6	KSFES/R/2022/60041	PRAVEEN GOPINATH	Further to the orders of the Honarable Court which directed the Developer KoltePatil for their apartment project KoltePatil Mirabilis situtated at Horamavu to issue legal notices to the unit owners who were found guilty of closing balconies and other open areas like utlity by fitting permanent structures like grills in violation to Fire NOC Norms and in violation to other Building Byelaws of BBMP Act 2020. Court also directed to submit the copies of these legal notices to the Fire Department & BBMP and directed the department to take necessary action in accordance with law. Reference copy of one such notice is attached with this RTI application. In compliance with the orders of the Honble Court developer had issued a legal notice to the following apartment unit owner as follows A 107, A 404, A 114, B 101, B 106, B 701, C 304 ,C 1007, B1 104 ,B1 108, B1 107, B1 806, E 102, E 103, E 107, F 114, F 111. There are 17 house owners who have been issued notices for the Fire norm violations done in their unit by them.
